Funded Spaces eligibility Criterea
In this section, we will go into detail on what our eligibility criteria is for the funded sessions of counselling. These are the same 60 minute sessions that any other client would receive, however, these are limited to a 6 session block only.
Funded Counselling through Young Minds Counselling CIC
All young people must be aged 8-18 to be eligible for counselling with us. A Young person does NOT have to meet every eligibility criteria.
1.
The young person must be needing immediate intervention. Eg, the young person is on the waiting list for CAHMS but need counselling during the wait.

The family income must not exceed £21,000
3.
The young persons school (if in school) must be willing to allow counselling during school times. Our counsellor will attend school to provide sessions.

Young person is NEET
5.
Young person has a severe neurological condition that affects their day-day life.
